Three Finishes For Delores!

Just when I thought I had nothing to blog about I get an email from my friend, Delores…complete with pictures!  Whew!  You saved the day!

Delores has finished three projects…

…the sweetest penny!

Wow!!  It was an understatement when Delores said that she had been busy!!  Love all three of her projects!

Wonder what the New Year is going to bring??  I have tons of projects to finish….what about you?  Out with the old or in with the New?  How about a little of BOTH?!

Tonight with a little luck, we will be rolling into Corning, CA…right into Rolling Hills Casino’s RV Park!

Yesterday, using my Quilt Shop finder on my iPad, I found the PERFECT QS… ‘Something to Crow About’…it had EVERYTHING (including a very cute name)…Civil War fabric, wool, you name it…but it was CLOSED ON SUNDAYS!!

Nooooooooo!!Crying face

Have a magical Monday and a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR…and Happy Quilting!

  2. That is the problem with weekends and holidays, nothing is open, lol. I would love to go out for a bit, but I doubt anything is open.

  3. I love that shop, my quilting friends drive from Salem to Springfield to visit it. Plus on about 28th street their is a Goodwill that is a must. Drive safe and enjoy the view. Sally from Oregon

  4. I have been by there once before and it was closed as well. My friend Gail, who owns Sew Many Quilts in Bend Oregon used to go to that all the time. Enjoy the Casino.

  12. I think that most quilt shops in Oregon are closed on Sundays, one that is open is Pioneer Quilts in Portland.

Something to crow about is one of my favourite shops in the area makesure you don't drive by on the way back home and make sure it isn't a Sunday!

Can't wait to see where you stopped today.
