I have decided to take a Blogging Holiday…I’m not sure for how long but just need a little time to recharge the ol’ blogging batteries. I will still be popping in on you all the time, after all once a blog lurker, always a blog lurker…!!:o)
Before I go…I need to share a picture with you…(this is after all a quilting blog)!!
My daughter, the quilter, :o)))) finished off another raw edged appliquéd runner…this time for herself!!
Dang sweet!! And doesn’t it look cute on her orange chair! Yup…she definitely has the quilting bug!! And I am lovin’ it!
You can find the FREE tutorial HERE!!…You could whip one up for yourself or for your mom…Mother’s Day is just around the corner…trust me, SHE will absolutely LOVE IT!!
You take care and hope you get to enjoy some sunshine today…it’s a gorgeous SUNNY day here on our little island!
Have a magical Monday and Happy Quilting!~P
I did that this weekend, so I could work on my quilt and finish it, still working on it, lol.

I understand the need to take a blogging break--I'm on the verge myself--sitting here in Texas I find little to talk about!
ReplyDeleteI'll miss you, but I'll be here waiting. (smile) See you when I see you.
ReplyDeleteYou'll be missed. Be calm and quilt on!
ReplyDeleteUnderstand, but you will be missed by many. Who will I have coffee with now?
ReplyDeleteI totally understand...that is why I am not a blogger but I love reading yours!!! You are always so positive...and you set the pace for a positive day. I will miss "visiting" you:) Hugs from Iowa
ReplyDeleteHope to see you back here again soon. I always start the day with your blog, you are always so upbeat and funny, but we all need a break now and then.
ReplyDeleteSad to have you leave us for a bit, but so nice to have you leave us with a free project! You are always thinking of others...and we appreciate it. Enjoy time with your sewing machine!
ReplyDeleteHurry back, I still enjoy lurking on your blog. Grandmas get busy with lots of other stuff, so it's not easy to keep up with a blog, and do it as well as you do. Life is too important to miss out on any of the moments that make it worthwhile, so congratulations on making your decision, and I know you won't regret it. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteTaking a break is a "good" thing. We all need to recharge. You will be missed. Enjoy your break.
ReplyDeleteSee you soon! You post almost daily and I look forward to it. Recharge fast!

You'll come back when you're ready! Plus it's fun not to have to worry about what you're going to say each time. AND you get to visit whoever you like in blogland!! Take care and enjoy your break :)
