It's Official....

...my UFO is FINALLY a flimsy...and I have Bonnie Hunter and her inspirational message to thank for it!  Well it wasn't the actual message that pushed me along but the antique quilt that the message was printed on!

Click HERE to see the quilt that got me all fired up over at Bonnie's Blog....

And here is my version...
I took the flimsy outside for pictures as I wanted you to see the true colours...I think it has a serious vintage vibe to it...

There was a total love-fest happening on this quilt!  I am not saying that I rolled around on it or anything but I did utter some words of endearment...!
All that's between the quilt, myself...and the neighbours!:o)

Hope you liked!

Have a SUNNY Sunday and Happy Stitching!~P

  13. What a calming quilt! Love the polka dot border. I see a way to use some scraps for sure. At least you remembered to take a picture. I just took a quilt to a wedding and hadn't even thought of a picture.

  17. I love how it came out and the sashing blocks around each 9 patch give it a nice look and looks like a nice way to add size without doing all nine patches.
