ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving to you. Interestingly enough, my husband's surviving Canadian aunt and uncle are spending the holiday here in the states. My MIL is one of 9 children and she and one brother and one sister are all that are left. They are from southern Alberta.
Lovely little pillows. I favour the oak leaves. Love the stitching. Enjoy Thanksgiving in Calgary, and don't forget to check out some of those quilt shops.

ReplyDeleteLove the pillows-----since they are bowl sitters instead of pin cushions are they stuffed with wool snips and stuffing vs walnut shells? I might just have to make some now.

Paulette, the small wool applique pillows are perfect for fall display. I don't remember seeing these designs on Buttermilk Basin website.
