Christmas at the LOFT!!!

Our ‘RVing Motto’ is that when the weather is bad we go elsewhere…we make it our time to go and explore another area…and hopefully get some good weather in the process!

So Saturday morning when we woke up to the pitter patter of rain on the roof…my Hubby asked how I wanted to spend the day…I immediately thought of the Country Loft’s invitation to their annual Christmas Kit Sale!  “Let’s head towards San Diego” I said (…well actually LaMesa..Country Loft Country!!)  Now I happen to be married to the  world’s most patient and wonderful man…he drives me here and there and asks no questions!  He walks the dogs, takes his I Phone and surfs the Net, reads his book or goes off and sightsees on his own…so he is good for an hour or more!

Off we went!!  Yahoo!!  Country Loft here WE come!!  Put on your seat belt…

After a two hour drive…WE ARE THERE!!

Here’s the front door…very festive, don’t you think?

Yikes!  Was there room in there for one more?  Of course there was!!  This was the line-up to the till but we won’t worry about that until we get to that point!

I was greeted at the door by Kathy, JoAnn Mullaly’s (the world famous author of Wool Crazy) sister.  She handed me a shopping bag and told me to feel free to take pictures!  Such a nice lady!

So take pictures I DID!  The whole shop was decorated for Christmas…a feast for the eyes!!

Have a Merry Monday and Happy Quilting!~P
