Cloudy with the Chance of... Wonky Stars!

Yesterday I made some head-way with the Wonky Star Quilt.  This is the quilt that I started last year when I was part of Jo Kramer and Kelli Hanken's Book Launch.  I fell in love with this quilt, made a few stars while I yapped up the book...The book 'Country Girl Modern' is wonderful!!  ....And then like all 'Good Things' it went into a tote to become a UFO...yup, another unfinished object!

The fabric is just too pretty (mostly Richmond Reds)...and the wonky stars are just too sweet to stay hidden behind the cover of a tote...they were scream to get out ....and I REALLY want a new kitchen tablecloth quilt and this would be perfect!

I will assess the size as I go...today I will (hopefully) get this together and throw it on my table to see...before I add more blocks or NOT...or add on borders or NOT...this is kind of a fly by the seat of your pants kinda' project...but then aren't they all! :o))

Forecast today is for...RAIN!  Yippee!  Quilting weather!  I'm putting on my boots and wading into my sewing room...see you around dinner?!

Have a terrific Tuesday and Happy Quilting!~P
