Let's Talk Wrinkles... !

I wanted to show you how different this quilt looks after it's been washed and dried (in the dryer)....

BEFORE...I know, not a good picture...

AFTER...I tried to pick the same spot on the quilt...

I know the lighting isn't great...but can you see the texture...?  You should FEEL how soft it is...

I forgot to show pictures of the back yesterday...now it's all soft and wrinkled....:o))

This one really shows up the wrinkles...

I hoped you enjoyed seeing my wrinkles...
It's too bad that I don't celebrate the wrinkles on my face as much as the wrinkles on this quilt.  Can't you just hear me...wow, LOOK at these beauties around my eyes!!  Look at how these wrinkles radiate out from my mouth!  And check out my neck!  Eureka...talk about texture!  haha
 I know...I know...it was a slow quilting day...
Hope you have a wrinkle-free super Saturday and Happy Stitching!~P

  1. LOL...I love your wrinkles! There's nothing like pulling a quilt out of the dryer after it's first wash!!! And yes, wouldn't it be wonderful if we embraced the ones on our faces just as much!!

  14. You are so funny! Wrinkles indeed. I'm not sure texture around my eyes sounds any better. Hey, I earned every one of those wrinkles. But you know, there are quilters who refuse to wash their quilts because they prefer flat rather than wrinkled. tsk-tsk. I'll take a beautiful wrinkle any day. ;-)
