…then you’ll want to hustle over to Jan Patek’s Blog… It’s a Jan Patek original called Lincoln’s Platform and she is giving it away FREE as a way to honour the 150th Anniversary of the Civil War!!  This quilt is made out of  homespun cottons using the Lincoln's Platform block to commemorate the event. Thanks Jan, it’s a beauty!

Have a wonderful, woolie Wednesday and Happy Quilting!~P

  5. I wish I had kept the wools that I thought were garbage, would have been nice for quilting.

  6. The Santa from the quilt is a good one. I have drooled over the pattern online several times.
As far as I can tell, Jan's pattern was only available on the 12th. I did not download it and no longer found it on the blog.
