Yup, me too!!  Now where did I put my sunscreen??  I’m off to the pool!

(The snow picture was taken YESTERDAY by my step daughter’s in Victoria, BC!…Usually they start their annual Flower Count about now…!  BUT…it’s still snowing…..)  Surprised smile

On the Quilting Front ~Just in case you think I’m no work and all play…I’ve been stitching this little guy together…and I’m loving it!!

Yes, the basket quilt is smaller, make that a lot smaller then the original quilt in the pattern…but that’s OK as I have the perfect place to hang this little guy!

Have a thrilling Thursday and Happy Quilting!~P

  3. Some days I do crave a snowy day or two so it looks appealing. I understand how the pool would be more appealing. LOL

    Sweet baskets.

  4. I'll be a weird one and say I'd pick the snow in a heartbeat. I love winter!
Of course, I'm in Florida, so... maybe I'd get sick of the snow after a while. Ha!

  6. That sound you hear is me smacking you upside the head, haha. I want warm weather, and so tired of this dismal gray rainy ones we are getting now.

    Love your baskets, beautiful prints.

  8. Yes, after bragging about the blooming flowers here in Victoria, it has been snowing. Only a couple of inches here in Saanichton but, if I can't be at the swimming pool, at least the snow keeps me inside where I can quilt to my heart's content. Hopefully it will start to warm up and things will get back to normal.

  9. I know which one I would pick and it would be the same as you!

Your basket blocks look very good and small and finished is better than big and a UFO.

  10. I'm in Florida, our days are gorgeous right now, but I fell in love with that snow picture. Of course I haven't seen or felt snow in 20 years.

  12. Oh P that pool looks so inviting even if I had to be in a swimsuit to be a part of it. I feel like I'm back on the Prairies in the winter time it is so cold, windy and snowy here. But on the sunny side your baskets make me smile and I know they will finish up fab!

  18. OK I'm officially jealous for sure now as I sit here looking at 5 inches of snow on the ground and more just keeps coming down. Yes it is beautiful to look at but I really don't enjoy driving it in anymore.

Loved the wool place you shared in your last post. So many patterns and colors of wool. Fun place.
