Oh and here’s a tip for you…thanks to  my quilting buddy, Delores!  When your marking pencil is dull, sharpen it by rolling it on some sand paper…works like a charm and your pencil stays nice and long!  Thanks for sharing, Delores!

  1. Paulette, I'm so happy that you won a prize on my blog. Good choices for the dies. Wish I could have seen that coffee cup flying, LOL.

You must tell how do you do such tiny appliques. I love what you've done but I look at it's tiny self and I think wow is that small.

  3. Your touch on the Round Robin is wonderful. Nice work.
Congrats on winning the 2 die cutters. You are the luckiest person. It will be exciting to see your projects. The only thing I have ever won is my husband and that is a good thing. I keep trying though.

  7. Woohoo - congratulations!!!!!!! Great choice you've picked out!

Your addition to the pincushion is just darling - you do beautiful work! And thanks for the tip with the sandpaper, I'll have to remember that one. My pencil sharpener just eats them up - they get sharp, but much shorter.
