I have decided to take the plunge and enter my first quilt in the Blogger’s Quilt Festival…I made this baby quilt in July 2009 for my niece, Diana. (Little Annnika was born in August and she is even cuter than this quilt!) This was my first attempt at making pinwheels and prairie points and must admit that I love, love this quilt! I will definitely make it again! I got the idea from Moda Bake Shop but made the pinwheels smaller (from 5 inch squares). This made the quilt more work as I had to make a lot more pinwheels but I think that it was worth it!
Hope you like it! Coming to you from Vancouver Island, B.C., Canada.
