…at the FINISHED twin’s quilts before it’s a WRAP!! My lucky friend is about to become a grandma to TWINS on or around November 1st!!
It’s a GIRL!
It’s a BOY!
It’s BOTH!
I wanted to have pink binding for the girl’s quilt and blue for the boy but in the end went with both in the same taupe print. I am so glad that I did as it ties the two quilts together nicely…makes them look more twiny!
And on the back is soft, soft minkie in an embossed star design!
It’s a wrap…or it will be!
Man, having twins is a lot of work! :o)
Have a satisfying Saturday and Happy Stitching!~P
PS…the pattern is called ‘Falling Charms’…you can watch the video HERE on how to make it!
Very very cute.....
ReplyDeleteThe quilts are beautiful, Paulette!!
ReplyDeleteAnd I love the taupe print.
Thank you for the link and best wishes!
Those went together fast, Paulette. Sweet soft colors for the new babies.
ReplyDeletei love making baby quilts and then making a twin sized for them when they get about 3
ReplyDeleteI think the binding works beautiful with them and cute to be somewhat matching, but different for boy and girl.

yes they look very twiny, lovely. Trust she is getting plenty of rest before the arrival as she will not have time once they come!
ReplyDeleteThey look wonderful, and you finished them so quickly. I bet the mother-to-be is going to be thrilled with them.
