Let’s Go to the HOP…OH BABY…

…Let’s go BACK to the HOP…The Spring Fling Quilt Shop Hop that is!!  Yesterday we were leaving the Stars and Scraps and were heading down the Freeway with Siena and Gwen’s husband, Jerry behind the wheel!
Next STOP was the Quilter’s Cocoon in Riverside, CA…they had moved into a new building and have expanded!!  Gorgeous new shop!  Have a peek!P1220567P1220568P1220569

The cathedral window quilt was for a class…I’d love to take this one…

And so was this beauty…finger nail sized squares!

And skinny narrow strips…LOVED this scrap buster!

Just one more look before we go!!

When I asked the owner if I could take photos she said sure but not of one wall…the wall where all the modern quilts were!!  Now do I look like a modern kind of gal??  I mean really?!

I was very happy to putz around this shop and easily managed to find things to buy!  Lovely shop!

I would show you MORE but I have things to do, people to see, places to go, pancakes to eat!!  Whew…I need a holiday from this Holiday!!

Have a Super Saturday and Happy Quilting!~P

  1. Great shops. Loved the umbrellas hanging from the ceiling. I wonder why no pictures of the modern quilts were allowed? Maybe something to do with pattern rights.....
