It’s a Work in Progress…

SEW OK…nothing new around here…except the LAST BLOCK OF THE AUTUMN QUILS IS STITCHED!!  {insert happy dance here!

Here she is…

  P1180510

And I think this block just might be my favourite!P1180511

Now all that needs to be done…finish some of the ‘special effects’..ie. veins on the leaves, legs on the birds, etc., then stitch the blocks together, add the borders and more wool appliqué, sandwich it all together and then hand quilt and bind.  A mere 100, or more, hours of work!!  Sheesh…and I thought I was almost finished!! (:o)  Good thing I’m in no rush…it’s ALL good!

Have a thoughtful Thursday and Happy Quilting!~P

  7. I'm always drooling over your wool projects....still have not worked with wool. Hoping that will change soon. A quick question....is the wool felted that you use in your projects? Happy stitching and have a terrific Thursday!!
