We Felt the Earth Shake Under Our Feet…

NOT!!  No we actually felt NOTHING!!  And look at how close we were to the epicentre…(we are the red star!)  We should have felt something!!  So why didn’t we?  Because..

We were on our hands and knees grouting this thing…

Come Wind or High Water…or Earth Quakes…We got ‘er done!!

  4. LOL, I never felt the one we supposedly had, either;)
    Love the colors in your tiles, nice shades and variations. I actually ordered my wood for the floors from a company up there, they had better prices and a warehouse in states, so the shipping was minimal.

  9. living in san diego, california sometimes you feel them sometimes you don't. 1 year and a half on easter we had a really bad one. we were getting up from the table & the earthquake started. I did not sleep for 2 days, I was scared. I have lived here all my life. I am 45 yrs old. I do not think you every get use to them. Your lucky.

    SOrry you are not here now. Your missed the country loft quilt show.

  17. Ha! My brother lives in Nanaimo and he phoned me just like he sometimes does and never mentioned the earth moving. The news report said it was felt as far north as Kamloops.
    Love those tiles, BTW.
