It’s NEW and HOT off the Press!

The newest addition to the Rabbits Haven Family is called Heavenly Snowmen!  I know it’s hard to see the snowmen on the pattern cover so let me show you some of the inside pattern…P1150488

Just a peek!!  My favourite block has three snowmens’ peeking over the fence…how cute is that!!

And look at this snowman carrying home a Christmas Tree..and do you see the star tinsel hanging over his arm…sew dang cute!

This pattern is suitable for applique or embroidery…either way it is going to be HEAVENLY…but how about doing it in WOOL??  Ohhh yeah!

Arlene Neely, the designer behind Rabbit Haven, took this pattern a step further and created another adaptation…this one is called “Home for Christmas” and has some of the same snowmen on it…see the three snowmen peeking over the fence…I love both of these patterns!

Home for Christmas Quilt - 2010

You might want to see a bigger version of this quilt…just go HERE and click on the quilt to see the enlarged version.

The Satin Moon Quilt Shop has both of these quilts on display, so if you live in the Victoria area you might want to pop in for a look…but wait a week as they need to order more of the “Home for Christmas” pattern…it’s in hot demand!!

SOOOO many patterns…SEW little time!!  Seems to be the curse of all quilters!

Have a Thrilling Thursday and Happy Quilting!~P

  4. Who doesn't love snowmen, at least in a quilt. Arlene has some really cute items and she is a local designer. Easy to support such talent isn't it.

  5. Thank you for showing these patterns. I wasn't familiar with them but have found a couple of shops that do stock them here in Aus. Always great to see new patterns. Love them both!
How have you decided to make them?
