So while I am busy finishing off the rest of my Charming Chatter Sew Along 16 patch blocks I’m dreaming of…CHRISTMAS!!! YIKES!!
DID YOU KNOW…Only SIX MONTHS until Christmas!! A girl’s got to plan ahead…or rather- a quilter’s got to plan ahead…so I went through my new patterns and pulled out this little gem!
I saw this quilt hanging in the Temecula Quilt Co. Quilt Shop this Summer Winter and I HAD to buy the pattern!!
See how all the Snowmen are looking at me..begging me to take them home! The “Let it Snow” song is embroidered all around the inner border!! SEW cute! I remember I was humming this song for the rest of the day but…while it WAS technically Winter… it felt wrong because outside it was like our Summer. Anyways I bought the pattern…they didn’t have any of the mottled white fabric to make the snowmen but I managed to find some in my travels…so I’m in business!
Have YOU thought about what your Christmas project is going to be this year?? Come on…get dreaming..ONLY SIX months to go!!
If you like the pattern ‘Let It Snow’ Quilt and the Snowman Rag Balls… Temecula Quilt Co. has an online shop…check it out!
Have a terrific Tuesday and Happy Quilting!!
