Spring into the Coop!

As I said yesterday, the Quilter’s Coop in Temecula is always changing their displays…right now Spring is definitely the theme.

Even the quilts that are hanging are Spring-y!    P1070006 P1070007

I can see this hanging is someone’s Sewing Room! (see the sewing machine…looks like the one I learned how to sew on…Yikes, I think they call it an ‘antique’!!)

P1070008

Another use for wool!!  They appliquéd the bird and flowers onto a piece of beige wool then stitched/glued it to the lamp shade!!  Love it!

Another quilt made out of Rouenneries…log cabin and stars….   P1070012

This is a little Lori Smith quilt made from the pattern called ‘Fit to Frame – Set Four” only it is done up in black fabrics.  I LOVED THIS SWEET LITTLE NUMBER!

A close-up for me!!  I want to make this one! (Yes, I bought the pattern!) Sorry about the glare…P1070014

More Lori Smith Little Quilts….

P1070015

These are from Lori’s “Cherries, Chocolate and Cream”.  For $12 you get all 9 patterns!!  A great deal…

…and this is one of them!!  So sweet!

They also had all kinds of lovely little gifts to make for a special friend….

Hope you enjoyed the Spring trip to the Quilter’s Coop as much as I did?!

Have a Great Good Friday and Happy Quilting!
