Snow GO! Hexie Runner…

I was told by AccuQuilt that my Blogger Spotlight Review was to be released on January 4th… but that has come and gone…and still no Spotlight!  I have sent several emails to AccuQuilt asking for the new date but have received no replies……SEW…to heck with them!!   I’m having my OWN Blogger Spotlight…:)

If you are a follower of my blog then you know how I feel about my AccuQuilt GO!  I LOVE it!!  So for the Spotlight Feature I chose the hexagon die…WHY you ask?  Well because I bought the Hexagon die ages ago and it was still in cellophane…and it was itching to be used!!

This is what I came up with…wool cut in hexagon shapes…throw on some snowflakes and fancy stitches…

P1160608

…a few stitched snowflakes…sprinkled here and there…

P1160609

Then throw in some snowmen faces….

P1160610

And you have it!

P1160611

It turned out DANG cute…or at least I think so!!

P1160573

Nothing like having snowmen hanging out in a Desert! haha

P1160579

So if you would like to learn how to make one of these for yourself…then come on back tomorrow for a full tutorial!!

P1160582

Oh…and you don’t have to be a GO! mama to make one!

Have a Fun Friday and Happy Quilting!~P

  8. You're right, Paulette, That snowman runner is DANG cute. Especially in the wool. Unfortunately, I didn't get a GO for Christmas, but I'm saving my dollars and hoping to get one soon. I've seen so many cute quilts in blog land these days using the GO.
