My friend Claire has been getting into the Christmas Spirit by decorating trees!!
Here’s the beginning of her Christmas mat that she has been stitching for the last couple of weeks….
…isn’t it absolutely gorgeous and doesn’t it just scream CHRISTMAS!! LOVE the mottled hand dyed green wools!!
Claire found the perfect wool yarn to decorate her trees with too!
We need a close-up!!
Oooooooohhhhhhhh tannenbaum!!
Claire still needs to sew the tongues with pennies to the ends…I’m sure that when she is finished she will be sending pictures…WON’T YOU CLAIRE?!
The Pattern is call OTannenbaum by Ginger Sanchez and you can find it HERE! You will find tons of nice patterns at the Winterberry Cabin On-line Shop! Just sayin’….
Now all together…
Ohhhh Christmas tree, Ohhhh Christmas treeeeee …
How lovely are your branches… (Is the song in stuck in your brain yet or do we have to sing more?:)
Have a Sunny Sunday and Happy Quilting!~P
