YIKES!! I need a very special Birthday Gift fast… by July! It’s got to be happy, colourful and cheerful…something for a young person but not TOO young…something…JUST RIGHT! Sounds like this quilt is going to be for Goldilocks!

Don’t you just love UFOs…well maybe a finished quilt sitting in the cupboard ready to be wrapped would have been nice too…in fact it would have been VERY nice!!
So the Tumbler Quilt is going to be marching in one spot for awhile…until this baby gets finished!!

Can't wait to see it finish. I made a Dresden as a tabletopper for a gift and it was well recieved. Would like to make a whole quilt someday. How are you going to quilt it?

ReplyDeleteI really like the dresdens, but maybe you only need a total of 9? With one or a group of wide borders, should be a double size?
ReplyDeleteWill you put double sided fusible interfacing on back of dresden plates and then iron onto background fabric?
I'm sure it will be the perfect gift!

Love all the bright colors. Being half done is way better than not started at all. Looks like another UFO will be getting done.
