…is finally here and man, was it worth the wait! As I flipped through this magazine in the store I’m “Ohhhhing'” and “Auhhhing” nearly every page!
Let me show you a few…so you get the idea…
I’m going to wait for the small GO! tumbler before I make this one…but I love the scrappy look of it!!
I’m not a pink lover but can’t you see this one made up with browns and beige background colours…
Love this one!
This was the quilt that clinched the deal…the last quilt in the magazine! Love it!
I normally only treat myself to ONE magazine at a time…but then I saw this one! HAD to have it…
There were just too many lovely quilts to look at…like this one…
Now to find the time to peruse these magazines from cover to cover…several times!
Have a wonderful Wednesday and happy Quilting!~P
Ok, that last quilt got me, too! I'm going to have to go find the magazine now. :-) I also *had* to buy the other magazine, too...
ReplyDeleteHey, Sweet P! Long time, no talk to! I am back on the blogging wagon for a while and popped in for a visit. I just bought the AP&Q magazine and just love every quilt in there. Wish they had shown more of Jo's studio but it still looks like a place I could be very comfortable in!
ReplyDeleteBoth are fabulous issues, aren't they?
ReplyDeleteLove that windmill quilt.
ReplyDeleteWe get the second magazine in our local newsagent so I might go and have a look at it
Love and hugs Gina xxx
My quilting mags are perused cover to cover and then read word for word several times. They keep me company as I sit up reading many nights.
ReplyDeleteI like the star quilt. The one with five stars per block. I like the block design but also the colors used.
ReplyDeleteLooks like lots of great quilts to make, I am sure you will be busy making half of them;)

ReplyDeleteI was thining same thing...need that smaller GO! Tumbler for that quilt Kathie made!!
ReplyDeleteI told you that you needed to get the Sew Scrappy book!! Isn't it awesome! and I have the other one too and am drooling over a few things in it as well.
ReplyDeleteOh and my GO! Arrived today and I am unpacking her now. Can hardly wait to play!! We should be able to adapt some of the patterns for the GO!, correct?
I love the sew scrappy magazine too! I got it about a week ago and I have been drooling over it since! I love that windmill one and I don't even like red!
ReplyDeleteOh, I hope that you don't mind but someone emailed me about wool felt work and I sent her over to your blog to see all your lovelies!!
I've never seen a Sew Scrappy magazine. I agree with you, there are some gorgeous quilts in there!
ReplyDeleteWow, lots of gorgeous quilts in those magazine. Love the windmill.
ReplyDeleteJust what I need....the temptation to start another project! Looks like a great must-have magazine.
ReplyDeleteThe Sew Scrappy magazine sounds just wonderful. Nice patterns and inspiring pictures in both magazines.
ReplyDeleteSeeing the second mag, reminds me, I have that one, and another, in a pile somewhere, unread. I seem to remember they came on the last Christmas Quiltalong day, and I was a bit busy then. Perhaps I'll dig them out and spend the next QAL reading them instead of sewing? (Only joking! I've got plans for that day.)
ReplyDeleteOh I'm going to have to look for that sew scrappy one...looks awesome!!
ReplyDeleteI've stopped most of my subscriptions and am just picking up the ones that look good. Both of those might be in my future! blessings, marlene
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed your post about "Sew Scrappy." I especially liked the scrappy tumbler. Its so colorful!
