Check out the hand punched Christmas Ornament!…truly a work of ART… an ornament to be treasured!! My photo does not do it justice…. I should try taking a picture of it outside, with natural light, as the flash takes away the rich colours…and you can’t see the intricate vine that the bird is sitting on! It’s just lovely! It reminds me of a richly woven tapestry done in beautiful deep Christmas colours.
It was waiting for me in the mail when we arrived at The Sands yesterday…such a surprise from Debbie of Wooden Sails Blog! Just warms the heart when someone does something so thoughtful and kind and out of the blue! Thank you so much, Debbie! I LOVE IT!! I will treasure this one, along with the one you made me last year! You spoil me! I am so lucky to have such wonderful blogging friends!
Now thanks to Debbie our RV is ALL decked out for Christmas! It feels WONDERFUL to be here… all set up, with the traveling behind us..until it’s time to go home….
And today the weather forecast is for sunny skies and 84F/29C….got to love it!!
Now where did I pack my capris and sandals? And are the lawn chairs set up yet? Better get at ‘er, the SUN is coming up!
Wishing you a marvellous Monday and happy stitching!~P

ReplyDeleteEnjoy the warm weather and holiday. I live in the south of England so without travelling across the channel it doesn't get any warmer here!!!! But never mind it's quite cosy to sneak off to the sewing room with the wind blowing a hooley outside..,.,, I've not really convinced myself......., I'm envious !!!!
