All Fired Up!

I got all fired up this morning …thanks to Sue Daley and her inspirational video on how to make a Clam Shell Quilt!!  Every week Sue has a new video and each week I get fired up…it’s like a tonic for quilters!

I need templates…I need glue…I need fabric!!  I have all three…I just can’t find them!!  Since I knocked down the wall to make my sewing room bigger I can’t find ANYTHING!!  I KNOW I have templates SOMEWHERE…I know I have Sew Line Glue…SOMEWHERE…and man do I have fabric!!

Today’s task…track down the Templates…track down the Glue…because times-a-wastin’!!  Sure hope they didn’t get tossed out with that wall!!

I hope you’re fired up too…and if you’re not, then go and watch Sue Daley's videos!!  There are a series of them…I’m sure there will be something to inspire you too!!  But BE WARNED…you will be in the same boat as me…hunting up templates, glue and fabric!!  Nah…you are probably more organized!

Let me leave you with a little eye candy (taken from Laundry Basket Quilts…this quilt was at Portland’s Market this Spring!  Lovely, isn’t it!)

Makes you want to hurry over to Sue Daley’s…doesn’t it?!

Have a great day!

  3. Looks like a fabulous quilt. Not sure if I have the patience for something like this. I don't have templates, nor do I have glue. But, like you, I definitely have fabric. Hope you find everything you need to start yours.
