Mail and We’re Off to the Farm…

You meet the nicest people while blogging and Bev (44th Street Fabric Blog) is no exception!!  Such a sweetheart!  A few weeks back I won her give away…and when she heard that I had just bought the book that she was giving away, she insisted that I choose a pattern from her on-line shop!  How generous was that…so  yesterday  I received this adorable pattern in the mail!

Dang cute!!  I am definitely going to make this baby quilt…and hopefully by the time I finish it, there will be a baby to give it to!  THANK YOU, BEV!!  Bev is having an August GIVE AWAY RIGHT NOW!!  You might want to hurry over and check it out!!

AND don’t forget to drop by The Painted Quilt Blog as Kaaren has her First Friday Freebie…and it’s very sweet…and will definitely have you Thinking Fall!  Thanks Kaaren, for being so generous with your talents!

This morning the ‘girls’ and I are off to Crawford’s Farm for their annual Quilt Show!!  This is definitely a favourite of mine as this show is the largest outdoor Quilt Show on the Island.  The camera battery is fully charged and I have on my hiking shoes!!  There should be plenty of eye candy for you tomorrow!!  SEW stay tuned…don’t touch that dial!!

Have a Super Saturday and Happy Quilting!~P

  4. congratulations on a fantastic win! You just reminded me that I have that pattern, and my chosen fabrics for it, tucked away in a box in a drawer in my sewing room. I need to get back to it. So fun.
