The vertical sashing is on...I went with the navy blue fabric...the one with sweet wee stars...
Next up is the horizontal sashing...which will involve gold cornerstones and tons of matching! One wee step at a time...
Have a wonderful Wednesday and Happy Stitching!~P
Those look beautiful together.

Great job! That looks very cozy to me. Thanks for always being an inspiration.
ReplyDeleteLooks great! Not finished with my wee houses yet......got interrupted by a baby quilt!
ReplyDeleteWould of never thought to use that fabric for sashing but it looks great. You will have a fabulous quilt when finished.
ReplyDeleteLooking good Paulette! Have fun with the process. Love the random placing of the trees.
ReplyDeleteSo impressive! Love this!
ReplyDeleteLots of works there, Paulette. Love it!!!
ReplyDeleteWow-look at all those adorable little houses--so cute!
ReplyDeleteOoh! A cute wee village.
ReplyDeleteSuch a fun quilt! I made a house quilt once. My daughter loved to make up stories about all the people who lived there :).
ReplyDeleteOh I love love your little houses!!!
ReplyDeleteLoverly! I'm thinking about using my 3" houses as the centers for log cabin blocks, but that will kind of take away from the impact. I only have 21 so far. You are doing a wonderful job of keeping on task!
ReplyDeleteLots of work, but it's going to be a beauty. Sashing is perfect.
ReplyDeleteThose little houses do look so cute. And I really love the scrappiness of the quilt. Also a good way to use up lots of little pieces. Look forward to the final reveal.
ReplyDeleteSuper cute! The dark sashing is a good choice to let the wee little houses be the stars.
ReplyDeleteVery nice. Love the colours and the navy sashing is perfect.
ReplyDeleteI love this!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE it!!! My little Winter Solstice is now hanging on the wall of our log cabin, I love sitting in my chair and just gazing at it lovingly!
ReplyDeleteI really love your wee houses! The trees really make it.... Love the sashing too. I am a little behind on your posts. Hugs, Lyn
ReplyDeleteThe sashing fabric is like night sky in between a daytime sky.
