…to strut your roosters! And boy do I have roosters…and hens…it’s kind of embarrassing!
Barb of Bella Vista is hosting her second annual Rooster Party…and it is taking place today!
When I heard that Barb was calling all Rooster lovers my first thought was ~ you mean there are others out in Blogland who also have an addiction ..err..interest in fowl?
Apparently so…you should see her side-bar!! YIKES, the world’s gone a-fowl!!
Do you hear that boys?…it’s time to ruffle your feathers and get ready to strut your stuff! It’s party time…I wonder if the HENS are ready?
Let the parade begin….
Yeah…I know…it’s a sickness called Fowl Fever!
That’s it folks…time to put them back into the hen house…
Now for something QUILTY~ Check out these pin cushions~ too cute and the pattern is FREE!! Check it out HERE!
And Kaaren at the Painted Quilt has released her First Friday Freebie for August and let me tell you-it is gorgeous..we are SEW lucky that she is SEW generous with her talents- THANK YOU, KAAREN!! They just keep getting better and better!
Have a fowl filled Friday and a Happy Quilting!!
Oh, I love your roosters - beautiful. I have a few strutting around in my kitchen, as well.
ReplyDeleteCock-a-doodle-do!
ReplyDeleteNot that you're addicted or anything!
ReplyDeleteWow...that's a lot of roosters. I used to collect cows and everywhere you go that is what you look for!! Thanks for sharing the pincushion link and Kaaren is a gem, that is for sure!
ReplyDeleteThere must be feathers everywhere in your house! I remember as a kid being chased by our Bantam rooster so I've learnt to keep my distance from them! YOu shouldn't have that problem!
ReplyDeleteHi Paulette! I loved seeing your Rooster collection!
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

ReplyDeleteMy last one wouldn't go through, blogger is buggy lately. You do have a lot of hens and roosters, nice collection. My grandmother had a ceramic studio and was always making roosters. We even had a rooster lamp, lol.
