Simply Vintage is Simply the BEST!

Thanks to friend, Anne and Glynis' daughter, Erin we managed to scoop copies of 'Simply Vintage' for everyone who wanted one!  Seriously, it felt like winning the lottery, to be lucky enough to 'win' a copy!!  Anne managed to find two copies at Chapters and Erin snagged the last issue at Monro's!  Thanks you ladies for doing that for us!

Here she is in all her splendor!  Lots of good things on the cover but the BEST is inside...my personal favourite is this wee Kathy Schmitz wall hanging!  It's adorable with the focal points being these sweet little stitcheries and wee stars...and then there is the BIG stitch quilting!  LOVE IT!!

I also love this framed piece about friendship...simple and heartfelt...throw in some sweet lambs!  What's NOT to love!

I already have the pattern for the Garden Banner but I love the framed Bloom sign too...both are from Heart to Hand!  Gardening has never look so good!
I am a sucker for Vintage Mason Jars...throw in a SWEET verse about friendship, stitched onto a pillow, embroider some fireflies...Oh my gosh, what a lovely gift this would make!!  Friendship seems to be the theme for this Spring Issue!

Now these are just a few of my favourite projects...there are more patterns and projects inside but I don't want to break copyright anymore than I already have!  Shhhh don't tell anyone!  Keep your eye open for a copy of this magazine!  It's a winner!  Sometimes it takes a Village to find it BUT believe me, it's so worth it!!  Thanks again, Village!!

Have a thrilling Thursday and happy stitching!~P
