…now SAY that five times…fast!
As usual..I’m late in Show and Telling what’s been happening at Heritage Quilt Guild…I missed last Monday’s meeting due to a snowstorm (OK…it was only 3 or 4 inches but I am a Snow CHICKEN!) BUT I do have pictures of the previous meeting :o)!
Most of these quilts will be wrapped and waiting for the big reveal tomorrow morning!
A very sweet daisy quilt~
My heart SANG ‘Halleluiah’ when I saw this quilt getting pinned ready for quilting!! LOVED it!
I always try to figure out the blocks…can you SEE it?
How about now?
This quilter pinned TWO quilts…both for lucky grand kids! Do you have a favourite? I LOVE them both!
This is the Merry Go-Round quilt…the quilter is still plugging away at the hand quilting! This quilt is going to be *STUNNING* when finished! Absolutely stunning!
My apologies for the blurry quality of this picture! My camera is too slow for the flipping of the quilts. By the time I get the green box focused the ladies have moved the quilt to the left or right. YIKES! I had to delete several pictures…I think I need to have a picture session of my own…over to one side perhaps…?
A lovely quilt to remind us of WHAT Christmas is all about!
Again…sorry about the quality of the picture! A very special gift for a special DIL…
Another Scrap Happy Quilt!! :o)
What to do with those left over Jelly Rolls…make a scrap happy quilt, that’s what!! Isn’t this a fun quilt!
A version of the ‘split rail’…very effective~
A panel for a quick gift for a loved one…
And this wonderful appliqué…SEW festive!
Hazel playing Peek a Boo with her stain glass…
This is a VERY special gift that was getting sent to a very special sailor to brighten up his bunk space!
Let’s finish up the the quilt parade with this BEAUTY!! I loved everything about this quilt!! It was even nicer in person!
SEW…there you have it! Our final Heritage Show for 2012! Man, was it just me…or did this year go extra fast? That’s what happens when you are busy and happy…LIFE is good, isn’t it!
Only one more sleep until that Jolly Fat Man comes down the chimney! Hope you’re ready? I know I am…ready and waiting! I might even find a little time to stitch today…now that is unheard of!!
Have a Merry Monday and Happy Quilting!~P
MARAVILLOSOS!!!
