When we all grew up, we decided two turkey dinners so close together was too much, so we seem to do something different for Christmas each year. Black Friday.... you all can have it!! Maybe I'll get ready to prepare the big meal...maybe not. We don't like Turkey much so in the past few years I have been making Lasagna. We'll see. Black Friday is an experience! It's kind of a holiday here but most American's have to work on Black Friday. Compared to most countries, we get fewer paid holidays. I personally get 10 but that is rare. Some business do close - like law and doctor offices.

I love the idea of having Thanksgiving when Christmas isn't breathing down your neck! :)Jackie's Stitcheshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04728521317964661942noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609547635426839529.post-9253455605669215492012-10-07T07:36:17.501-07:002012-10-07T07:36:17.501-07:00I'd like a drumstick, please?I'd like a drumstick, please?Russ Krecklowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18003451276135546632noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609547635426839529.post-27348380041426029962012-10-07T07:32:26.655-07:002012-10-07T07:32:26.655-07:00Happy Canadian Thanksgiving, Paulette.
