Didn't have to go buy anything. I'm not sure--does that mean I have more free money or none at all?Janet O.https://www.blogger.com/profile/05083607398709252597noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609547635426839529.post-30224967666315427822016-07-19T21:23:22.628-07:002016-07-19T21:23:22.628-07:00Yess! Sooo, I open up my dining table just enough to accommodate my sewing extension and set a table lamp on the floor beneath. Talk about bright. The sewing machine extension --or a piece of acrylic, as someone mentioned-- is the key. Where there is a problem, a quilter will find a way, right? Of course, right!Lindahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08450792092084530798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609547635426839529.post-29152556688987286332016-07-19T19:47:10.986-07:002016-07-19T19:47:10.986-07:00All great ideas! There isn't quite enough light in there, so I just pick it up, squeeze it, and shine it around to find what I need.Ruthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17128379696456444487noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609547635426839529.post-76220894078701062152016-07-19T17:31:18.729-07:002016-07-19T17:31:18.729-07:00Awesome ideas. I got one several years ago that is about the same size as my cutting mat. Loved it before I for my gifted slim-line light box. And I can use it on top of the new box if needed.Sandihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07601853322552968292noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609547635426839529.post-3462147381343612382016-07-19T08:43:04.516-07:002016-07-19T08:43:04.516-07:00Heading down to Home Hardware for a Tap Light for ...Heading down to Home Hardware for a Tap Light for my walk to day, thanks for the best tip of the year P.Kathy MacKiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17036167100686615797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609547635426839529.post-34392199808783558032016-07-19T08:28:15.857-07:002016-07-19T08:28:15.857-07:00I used to have a glass top coffee table, that work...I used to have a glass top coffee table, that worked great with a lamp underneath, anything that is glass or clear plastic makes a good light box.
